This checklist is intended for use only by personnel who are properly trained, qualified, and authorized to inspect wastewater lift stations.

DO NOT open electrical panels, touch electrical components, enter wet wells or confined spaces, remove safety guards, or operate equipment unless you are properly trained, qualified, authorized, and following all applicable safety procedures.
