Company capability statement

Chambers Services, LLC

Water and wastewater infrastructure is a vital part of the foundation upon which America was built. The men who constructed our nation’s original water and sewer systems faced extraordinary challenges, undertaking projects of a size and complexity that had never before been attempted. Through their ingenuity, determination, and hard work, they helped lay the groundwork for the growth and development of one of the most advanced nations in the world.

Today, much of that infrastructure has served our communities for more than half a century. As these systems continue to age, the responsibility of maintaining, modernizing, and expanding them falls to a new generation.

At Chambers Services, LLC, we take pride in carrying forward the legacy of those who came before us. We specialize in the construction, maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation of municipal and industrial water and wastewater infrastructure. Our work is driven by the same principles that built these systems in the first place: ingenuity, determination, practical knowledge, and a commitment to getting the job done right.

We understand that infrastructure challenges rarely come with simple solutions. With the experience, technical capabilities, industry relationships, and determination to tackle difficult projects, Chambers Services is equipped to address a wide range of water and wastewater needs, from routine maintenance and emergency repairs to complex rehabilitation and new construction.

Our experience includes successfully serving correctional facilities, military installations, and municipal, state, and federal government clients.

Whether the project is large or small, our commitment remains the same: find the right solution, do the work right, and build infrastructure that will serve the next generation.

About Ben Chambers

Owner, Chambers Services, LLC

Ben Chambers grew up around two family businesses in the logging and timber industry, one of which was his father’s equipment manufacturing company. From an early age, he learned that taking care of customers meant more than just showing up during normal business hours.

Even as a young boy in grade school, Ben remembers the family telephone ringing late at night with a logger needing help. When that call came, his dad would get him out of bed, and the two would head out to wherever the logger was working to get his equipment back up and running. It didn’t matter what time it was or how long it took. The workday wasn’t over until the job was done.

That experience stuck with Ben and helped shape the way he approaches business today. It’s the same mentality he has carried into Chambers Services: If we can help you, we’ll be there when you need us, no matter the time.

Before building Chambers Services into what it is today, Ben served six years in the Mississippi Army National Guard, including a deployment in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. He has also served in law enforcement and continues to serve his community as a reserve police officer and Assistant Chief of the Ackerman Volunteer Fire Department.

Chambers Services actually got its start while Ben was working full-time as a police officer. Although it was a full-time position, his schedule only required him to be on duty two to four days a week, leaving him time to pursue other interests.

Ben had always wanted a mini excavator, and with the help of a good friend and mentor, he was able to purchase his first machine. At the time, he figured he was on his way to becoming the next dirt contractor.

But as is often the case, things didn’t go exactly as planned.

One job led to another, opportunities came along, and what started with a mini excavator gradually grew into Chambers Services as it operates today, providing specialized municipal and industrial water and wastewater services.

While the type of work has changed over the years, the philosophy behind it hasn’t. Ben still believes in answering the phone, showing up when people need help, and staying until the job is done.

It’s the way he was raised, and it’s the way Chambers Services does business.
